Creator Seller Terms

1. Eligibility
To sell on the CourseLoom Marketplace, you must be a Creator or Pro plan subscriber, have a connected Stripe payout account, and comply with these terms.
2. Content Standards
All listed products must be original, accurate, and comply with our content guidelines. Products must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Pricing
You set the price for your products. Minimum listing price is $1.00 USD. You may offer discounts and promotional pricing.
4. Platform Fee
CourseLoom retains a 5% platform fee on each sale. You receive 95% of the sale price after payment processing fees.
5. Payouts
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. Payouts are initiated on a rolling basis subject to Stripe's payout schedule and any applicable holds.
6. Refunds & Disputes
You are responsible for handling buyer disputes in good faith. We reserve the right to issue refunds on your behalf in cases of clear product misrepresentation.
7. Intellectual Property
You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you sell. You indemnify us against any claims arising from your listed products.
8. Prohibited Content
You may not sell content that is illegal, adult-only (without explicit approval), plagiarized, or that violates third-party rights.
9. Listing Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
10. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your sales income. We will provide sales records for tax purposes.
