Free Trial
All plans include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Cancellations after the trial period do not qualify for a refund of the current billing period.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with the Service within your first 30 days as a paying subscriber and have not used more than 10% of your monthly AI generation quota, we may offer a full refund at our discretion.
Marketplace Purchases
All sales of digital products on the marketplace are final. Refunds may be issued at the seller's discretion or if the product is materially different from its description. Platform fees are non-refundable.
