1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CourseLoom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CourseLoom provides an AI-powered platform for creating, exporting, and selling digital educational content including courses, ebooks, worksheets and other digital products.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. A valid payment method is required to start your free trial. You will be charged at the end of your trial period unless you cancel before it ends. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. A valid credit card is required. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Each user is entitled to one free trial.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all intellectual property rights to content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to generate content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before use or distribution.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or violates any applicable laws. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Service.
9. Marketplace
Sellers using the marketplace agree to the Creator Seller Terms. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies. We take a platform fee as described in our pricing.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
